Menorrhagia / Heavy Menstrual Bleeding

Menstrual bleeding that is significantly heavier than usual, lasts longer than 7 days, or both. Can cause anaemia and significantly impact daily life.

📅

Ovulation Pain / Mittelschmerz

A one-sided lower abdominal pain occurring around the middle of the menstrual cycle when an egg is released. Usually brief and mild but can occasionally be sharp.

Pregnancy Warning Signs

Certain symptoms during pregnancy require immediate medical attention. Knowing the warning signs can save both mother and baby.
